North County developer and businessman Ted is the architect behind US International Consultants. For the past 57 years Ted has operated over 40 different businesses including Whispering Palms, El Camino Country Club and Olympic Resort. He has developed golf courses in Portugal, England and France, operated the first ambulance service in Oceanside, owned and operated the El Camino Playhouse before turning it into a mortuary. Ted is now leveraging his knowledge and business acumen by assembling an elite group of individuals with varied business and technical skills under the umbrella of US International Consultants with the goal of packaging the required knowhow in taking on consulting projects  T.G. Vallas Partner A graduate of Arizona State in 1966 with a BS degree in Construction Engineering, T.G. spent the next 5 years in the Air Force flying over 200 missions in Vietnam. He received 2 Distinguished Flying Crosses in 1971 before retiring from the service and settling in Oceanside CA. T.G. spent the next 25 years as General Manager of Whispering Palms and El Camino Country Clubs In 1996 he became General Manager of Olympic Resort and served in that capacity through 2007. T.G. and his 4 children live in North San Diego County. He remains active in the community through Boy Scouts and Rotary.  Jim Buntz
Partner Jim’s roots are in the mid-west where he earned a BA degree from the University of Nebraska and a MBA from Creighton University in Omaha. Jim spent 25 years in the Bell System with executive positions in sales, marketing and operations. Post Ma Bell Jim held General Manager Positions with a number of startup Telecom’s including Time Warner, ICG, XO, and most recently Telepacific Communications. US International Consultants is the perfect fit to leverage that relationship and the knowledge and skills he brings to the team.  Shawn Grover Partner
Shawn has over 15 years telecommunications experience in revenue assurance, project management, audit, and finance positions for fortune 100 to start-ups. His extensive background in structuring and negotiating complex projects gives clients practical solutions. His professional experience includes high-level finance positions at Hewlett Packard, Southwestern Bell Long Distance and WorldCom Wireless. He holds a MBA, and Bachelor of Science in both Economics and Finance. He has also presented at industry conferences on revenue assurance and Information Integrity of the billing systems. In addition he has presented at Hewlett Packard internal and external conferences on Billing and Revenue Assurance topics. Industry global award include the “Excellence in Information Integrity Award” from the telecommunications industry. This global award is presented to the team that meets the strict criteria from the telecommunication industry for creating data integrity. He is proficient in Oracle Sales Analyzer, Oracle Financial Analyzer, Business Objects, AnalytiX, CBIS/Convergence, CBill, Comptech, 10X (ITDS), Telegence/Ensemble (Amdocs), ACR Plus (Unitech) and EHPT (Mediation). In addition he is a licensed California Licensed Real Estate Broker and California Commissioned Notary. Shawn is also an active Rotarian, active in the communities of Oceanside and Carlsbad. He is a member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Dino Manoli Partner Dino has been in the construction business for over 35 years, doing it all from framing to electrical. He started Manoli Electric in 1978 and was part of the team that built Olympic Club in 1984. Dino’s relationship with Ted began at that time and hasn’t stopped since. Dino is also an ordained minister; both he and his wife remain active in the life of their church. Hard work, honesty and integrity define Dino.  Frank Mercurio Partner Frank is a graduate of San Diego State with a BA degree in Business Administration Frank worked for Household Finance for 26 years all in the San Diego area and opened the first office in Oceanside. In 1979 Frank went to work for Ted at Whispering Palms becoming the Club Manager. From Whispering Palms he moved to El Camino Country Club for another 10 years. Frank remains active as a commercial real estate broker and has worked for Ted for a number of years in this role.  Natalie Butterfield Office Manager, Ductz  Andrea Presley Administrative Assistant Andrea graduated from Futures High School in Oceanside in 2003. After working for a family owned marketing company she joined the staff at Olympic Club working as a receptionist in the Baden Spa. She is now the voice of and first face you see at US International Consultants. Andrea loves music, is learning to play the drums and loves to laugh.
